The Trustees usually meet four times a year in mid September, late November, late March and June. Applications should thus be received by the end of August, end of October, end of February or the end of May to be considered at the earliest next succeeding meeting.
Please note that:
- The Trustees’ decision shall be final and no correspondence regarding any application may be entered into;
- The Trustees reserve the right not to make any award if no suitable applications are received;
- The Trustees are unlikely to support an application to cover revenue costs.
