The Trustees usually meet four times a year in March, June, September and December. Applications should thus be received by the 1st of February, 1st of May, 1st of August and 1st of November to be considered at the earliest next succeeding meeting.
Please note that:
The Trustees’ decision shall be final and no correspondence regarding any application may be entered into;
The Trustees reserve the right not to make any award if no suitable applications are received;
The Trustees are unlikely to support an application to cover revenue costs.
