The Bromsgrove Institute Trust were extremely happy to award a grant to South Bromsgrove High to aid them in their Industrial Cadets scheme.
The Trust was delighted when the students attended one of our meetings to give first hand feedback on the benefits they had gained due to their experiences of taking part in their specific project.
The students were given a problem, set by an industry mentor, and given a time frame whereby they had to overcome problems to complete an engineering task. The students did this with flying colours and had clearly gained a great deal from this positive experience.
